Becky has been teaching me for several years, following my strokes. In that time, my improvement has surprised even my neurologist. Walking, balance, vision, swallowing, even my deteriorated hand writing have all benefited from the Feldenkrais method and Becky’s caring approach to helping me. -T.R.
OMG, I don’t know how to tell you this – I just did the first 38 minutes of your awesome workout, and my lower back has really improved! It’s been sore for almost a month, and to have such a significant improvement so quickly is just mind-bending – better than massage, yoga or chiropractor help – I find it absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!! A word about Feldenkrais: 14 years ago after back surgery, I was told I would be in a wheelchair in 5 years. I fought my way back and in time was introduced to the Feldenkrais and realized I could move better and be pain free with little effort, and take care of myself at home. The most important aspect to me is it keeps me out of pain by keeping my body moving in nice ways. I am a very grateful girl. HOORAY!!! —S.W.
